Although she has extensive experience in litigating cases, Ms. Stein's approach is to negotiate a just and equitable resolution of the client's issues, whenever possible. Of course, there are circumstances where litigation, although the last resort, is the only option. If that must be the case, then Ms. Stein is ready to protect your interests and litigate the matter to its conclusion. Ms. Stein provides extremely thorough and effective representation for her clients, insuring their interests are protected. Ms. Stein considers a large portion of success as doing whatever is necessary for you to feel secure and confident about your case and your goals -- and by listening. . .really listening. . .to your needs. From the beginning, she will take the time to really learn about your situation and she will build a case that is dedicated to achieving your personal goals. Ms. Stein's approach is also to be direct, honest, firm and reasonable... with opposing counsel and with you. When she provides you with an assessment of your case, she will do so in a straightforward manner you will get an accurate analysis of everything from cost, to strategy, to timeframe, to the steps you will need to take and which options may or may not be available to you. We want you to understand your case and we want you to be involved with the direction of your future... let us show you our definition of success for a fresh, new perspective in that direction!

Ms. Stein is also a trained mediator and she enjoys the reward found in working with two parties, together, in a neutral and impartial manner to assist them in reaching a mutually agreeable and acceptable solution to the contested issues at hand. Reducing conflict and tension in the divorce, post-divorce, custodial or separation proceedings is never an easy task, but it is immensely rewarding.
